I still experience an occasional blast to full volume of static after a phone call hangup even after an amp then head unit replacement. Also the other day I got in the car after a stop in the store and the XM radio was distorted.Have a 2019 that the Starlink app is no longer working. Took to dealer and they sated to replace DCM and would be 720.00 plus tax as car out of warranty on time but only 30k miles. From the 2015 Service Manual, SBF-6 is the fuse for the liftgate motor. There are two others: FB#5 (7.5A) and FB#15 (15A) in the cabin fusebox that provide power to the liftgate command module. One of these may (or may not) be the voltage source for the switch that detects when the liftgate is closed. Dead battery 2021 - can’t find DCM fuse. My outback 2021 has a parasitic draw on the battery. Other post suggest the DCM module is to blame. However when checking the fuse box, I can’t find the related DCM fuse on the chart. First remove the fuse for the rear washer and install that fuse, plus another 15A fuse in that adapter. Then, splice the red wire from the first adapter directly to the second one.
