I tested 7 different factory loads in zero wind, one of them was the AAC 77gr OTM, another was the AAC 77gr Sierra SMK. Averaging multiple groups per load, the "in-house" 77gr OTM was 1.317", the 77gr Sierra was 0.646". I also shot AAC 77gr TMK, which averaged 0.740". The different Hornady loads tested in the middle.
Bought 120 rounds of the in house 77, smk and tmk. Will do velocities and accuracy testing with a 16" radian model 1. Might stick the NF 2.5-20 on it just to see how well each groups. I'm late to the party but I too have ordered the 77 OTM, the 77 SMK and this morning ordered the TMK when it popped in stock.

The AAC 75gr Hornady loading grouped the best, 1.15", and also had the best SD as well, 14.2. ... And IME, some barrels love the Horn. 75gr, some do not.The 75 was good, wouldn’t quite call it match ammo but shot pretty great for me. It’s awesome. Almost shoots as well as the iwi. Use at least a 20" barrel to get in very accurate shots at 600 meters. Don't pass up this deal, comes to about .77 cents a round after taxes/shipping. American made from South Carolina.

Spike's tactical mid length AR15 with 16 inch barrel shows 2657 feet/second with St. Dev. of 41 feet/sec with 20 rounds. For comparison IMI razor core 77gr OTM tested same day showed 2658 feet/sec with St. Dev. of 23.1 feet/sec from 18 inch barrel. Also, IMI from 16 inch mid length showed 2643 feet/sec with St. Dev. of 29 feet/sec.

I was getting Sub MOA with a SS Noveske barrel at 200 yards. For the price it is great training ammo. In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.The AAC 75 bthp match was just over half an moa. The 77 OTM was easily 1/2 moa or less. It’s extremely accurate. I didn’t notice any large velocity differences between shots and had at least two duplicates on each string. Glad I ordered enough 77gr IMI at <.50 to get me through till I was setup for reloading. Golden days of ammo and we didn't even know it 🤣 Match ammo and big bore is where handloading really starts to shine. I still keep a stash of black hills and imi 77gr put back for the end times though, even if my handloads shoot better groups.
