Go shopping. My sister had a sweep at 38 weeks and was 4 cm dilated. After her appointment I took her grocery shopping. With all the walking around it started to bring on contractions. By 1 pm(4 hours later) she felt them more consistently. She got admitted to hospital at 2 pm and had baby at 8 pm.
