The Cart Narc I’ve seen in almost all the videos is a guy who calls himself Agent Sebastian, infuriatingly polite as he’s cursed and chased by angry people who haven’t returned their carts ...Agent Sebastian disengaged per Cart Narc safety protocol. I also saw him chased by an overweight old dude that said he was “a killer” and made several very Texan sounding threats. That was 2020. Back in 2018 this same man did shoot and kill a stranger in public, claiming he was scared.Then, the Cart Narc tosses a magnetic sticker that says something dumb on the guy's car. The guy gets out of his car, removes the magnet, and throws it at the Cart Narc while explaining that he's "seen his videos, and doesn't care." Whoa!
