Combine that with great spells like sound burst, as well as awesome healing spells, and you have a match made in heaven. This character doesn't have much AOE DPS, but it makes up for that with very high single target dps. A fun build that will work from level 3-30.

Apart from Strimtom's splits, other options include: Cleric or FvS 12 for level 6 spells, Divine Might, and other class bonuses. Wizard 12 for level 6 spells and Pale Master undead form for survivability. Rogue 12 for a ton of sneak attacks: 6d6 base + 3d6 Improved Sneak Attack epic feat + whatever Assassin enhancements you can squeeze in.
