The G30 I did not really like, way to thick to carry and if it's too thick to carry, then I would rather have a gun with a longer gun grip.It is a little confusing, but G30SF is "the slide of G36 on the frame of G30". It came first, but it was popular enough that Glock put it on a radical diet. The G30S is what came from G30SF after a significant weight reduction.
