15646 posts · Joined 2003. #6 · Mar 1, 2006. The "oil" was probably just sooty water (condensation). I think if you had oil present in the exhaust pipes you would be blowing quite a bit of blue smoke. Rejet the bike and you should be fine. Don't skip your 8K valve adjustment. :wink:
In that case all you really need to do is change the oil. That is really a piece of cake. Then you're only out a $15-$20 bottle of oil.
