2011 lml, no crank and no start. While driving the truck I hit a small pothole in the pavement and the engine died, would crank but no start. Disconnected the batteries for several minutes, then reconnected batteries but still no start. Had crank position sensor code, crank but no start. Replaced sensor and charged up the batteries.It's a 2011 LML diesel: 1. Turn on key, all the usual lights come on in the instrument panel. 2. Close the vent and pump it till the plunger won't move any longer. Once it is hard, try and start the truck. If it does not start, pump it til it is hard again and repeat as necessary. P0340 is Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit. It will not set the same code for camshaft sensor error, that has its own set of codes for crankshaft errors.
