MDT makes great stuff, but it’s hard to beat the sheer amount of Lego you can play with KRG stuff. IMO the bravo vs the XRS is the better comparison. Having had both I wouldn’t choose the bravo again despite the XRS being a bit more expensive. I haven’t used the field stock, but KRG Bravo is a great chassis for the money.24 Aug 2021 ... I extended my Bravo with the KRG spigot mount. The XRS has 3 M-LOK slots on the sides whereas the Bravo has two. The M-LOK attachments will attach to plastic on both. The bottom of the forearm on both have 5 M-LOK slots.
Oryx is smaller than the xrs and less modular. XRS is definitely more geared for the prs realm on a budget. I like being able to use whichever grip I want on the oryx, however I would prefer having the option for Mlok on the side of the forend. Jul 30, 2019 · A year ago I really wanted the Lss but it was about $850 here so I was convinced that I should rather get the Krg Bravo. At this moment I can't comment on whether I prefer a stock or a chassis but I do prefer the look of the chassis. I'm torn on this as there's not a lot of Bravo's here so I can't get real world comparisons from anyone here. Fast forward to today > swapped my KRG bravo for a MDT ACC (on blem sale for $600). I was more than happy about the change. That being said i have nothing bad to say about the Bravo, they are in 2 different classes feature wise. The same process will allow an X-ray T3 to take the TRG/CTR mag as for the Bravo (cut magwell/use TRG mag catch). The front halves of the two chassis are the same at this point though that was not the case for early Bravo's. The current differences between X-ray and Bravo are: -X-ray has different grip size options.

I also like having the rail options. I almost got the KRG but I liked the xrs ergonomics better. I have had it for about a year and honestly. I could take or leave the chassis. It works.
