So I may need to make a decision soon, so I can then wait a few more months. :-) Speed wise, the difference in 0-60 times between MYP and MYLR with accel boost is ~0.5 seconds. Something to consider. MYLR+Boost is the best value Tesla out there in my opinion.

I took delivery on a new Tesla Y LR in June 2021, had the tires rotated every 5k miles in August 2022, at 24,727 miles one of the tires picked up a nail. The remaining 3 tires were at 4.5/32's (50% tread remaining) so I decided to buy 4 new tires of the exact brand and model that had come from the factory.

Would like to know what others are being told on delivery estimates since that date. I am in southern CA. Its all about the vavle, then materials. The Ohlins DFV is a better valve, and costlier materials, however the KW valve ain't bad and their coils will last 10x longer in salty conditions. Some distinction, Ohlins is a dual height adjustable but technically it cannot use the full travel because of the vehicles battery.

I know that Austin was intended to supply the East, and Fremont the west, but I wonder how that applies to Canada. Being in Ontario, it does make more sense for it to come from Texas. I also noticed on another board that someone else that ordered an MYP that lives in texas has the exact same estimated delivery date of Feb 5 to Mar 5.

I couldn't be happier with MSM now that I have it home. 95% of the time it has a beautiful blue hue and is much richer/deeper in person.Cons: - Immediately out of the parked lot you can feel the suspension significantly stiffer than the comfort suspension on the MYLR. Ride height is lower but not too noticeable. Ride difference is comparable to GLC 300 to GLC 43 or BMW X3 30i to X3 M40i. MYP is a little crashy over pothole and bumps.The battery number is really the size of the battery. 4680 battery is 46mm across the top and 80mm long. 2170 is 21mm across top and 70mm long. There are some very small structural and manufacturing benefits to a Y with a 4680 battery pack. The MYP cannot clear speed bumps in parking lots without scraping. Every crack or pothole is picked up and transferred to the vehicle interior in a very noticable way.
