The MOU also states there will be an April 2023 Survey. At my state’s convention it was mentioned that the Union would like a 3rd count after that April one but before the next September 2023 Survey. The regular would have to be the one complaining so much and (it shouldn’t be there job but it’s the only way it happens) the carrier would have to tell them what to cut. We are only counting letter and flats that are worked by the clerks in the office as well as letter mail exceptions/errors pulled from dps. Every 4 inverted letters in the dps is one random/raw letter credit.
