The normal Sharpen filter also caused a 10 fps drop. I then tested with the AMD CAS reshade and not only does that look better but also causes only a negligible 2 fps penalty which is probably due to reshade itself. No one should use the sharpen filters until Nvidia sort the performance out. AMD's solution is better from my personal experience.
