You’ll definitely want to just rent a car if you anticipate sightseeing outside of downtown Charleston. Parking downtown isn’t terrible if you anticipate using a parking garage.

I've traveled a lot domestically and I still feel like Charleston is that happy medium between a big city and a small town. South Charleston (different city/government) is a great place. They are putting fiber through many areas of the city, internet access once you get outside cities is definitely an area that we can improve on.
