RRECS advise - rural carriers. No one is monitoring RRECS scans, and no one trained us on them. I have never had a single second of green card time formally training me on RRECS. For large parcels instead of 48 seconds each, I will probably get around 3 minutes each. 2 min 12 sec more. 120 weekly x 2:12 is a 4 hr 24 min increase.
