RAISES FRONT END. WTF! "We want to focus on pharmacy this year". Pharmacy is getting FULL raises plus the $1,500 retention bonus. The only exception is pharmacy cashiers who are getting the 1% with the entire front end. We don't even get paid uniforms and haven't for 3 years. Now were only getting a 15 cent raise.The user below me (at the time I post this) has it right. RXOM is invented saying it's a new path to SM and takes Management tasks away fromRXM, which could be true, but it's true -unstated- goal is to remove pharmacists from the store in the long term and pay them far less, saving Millions upon Millions.
