Setting my box generator to 0 did the trick for me! I find the kerf is accurate but rather tight. In Lightburn there is a setting to adjust the kerf offset and I'm starting to play with this. I figure this will loosen the joinery a bit. I'm starting small with only a .025mm offset. My first test didn't seem to be much of a difference.The ones with the double lines. I was having exactly the same issue until I realised there are 2 libraries! Materials library (Library) and Art library. Go to the top menu bar and select 'Window' the first option is Art Library. Select that and the .lart files will be visible in the load window. Capture.JPG.
