I decided to try Heather's 2.0 program, and stop being mad at myself that I didn't enjoy CG's workouts. I LOVE HR's new program! Sure, I'll never be an "oh yay! time to work out!" girl. But I don't dread it. It feels like the exact amount of time and intensity. And my gains are clear, only three weeks in.

Good point about the swole thing. I definitely felt poofy during the couple of weeks I was doing it. I'm doing Iron 1.0 now for the 2nd time and dealing with the swelling.
