Those don't feel "weighty" enough to justify such a huge character moment. What moments, regardless of oath, have you found make the most narratively compelling or epic ways to become an oathbreaker?

Wrong. Vengeance oath can be broken multiple times in every act. I will list a few oath breaking points that i've found so far. The fastest way to break it is to kill 2 tieflings that captured Lae'zel before you reach the grove. You can also break your oath again by unlocking / destroying a goblin cage in the grove.Rush Attack: charge forward and attack the first enemy in your way, possibly pushing them off balance. I broke mine after using the necromancy wand after the hag quest. Making a deal with the hag (even one that saves Mayrina) will break your Oath. Yea, paladin is kind of the ultimate roleplaying class as you actually suffer consequences if you go off your chosen path. Paladin's Oath isn't to a specific deity, it's the oath itself that gives them power. So turning against a deity (or wannabe deity) is not an oath-breaking act. As for serving the Absolute. I think you could make the argument that those being mind-screwed by the Absolute view what they're doing as for the greater good.

Not realy. Killing the 2 tieflings holding Lazel would directly break your oath. ^ Also showing mercy to evil would break it too. But in BG3 pretty easy get your oath back. Not like other games lose it forever or cant lvl up till you back to good/righteous.
