DEX scaling is soft-capped at 40 DEX, so that's a pretty sweet spot, but you could go to 45 for a slight increase in cast speed for offensive spells. Sunless is beneficial only to dark spells if I'm not wrong. Yorshkas is the best for spell buffs. But I really recommend the talisman.
