The TLR-7a would only fit if your 43x does NOT have a rail and only with a special attachment called a rail adapter which basically creates a full size rail. Just to clear this up, the stock screws that ship with the 407k/507k are to long for the G43x/48 mos cut and will bind the extractor plunger even with the adapter plate. The CHPWS adapter plate ships with screws and those are the correct size for 507k and plate.
