The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells. Besides when you go past 35' tires the price go up quite a bit.

I have 37's but haven't paid attention to the gas mileage. A lot of people that have full 35's or 37's don't get the hypertech correction, and thereby don't actually know what their MPG is since the numbers are off due to the tire size. I have the hypertech, just haven't paid attention. I'll work on correcting that next week.
