the touch screen in my XTS cue is not working. it boots and everything but no response when i touch any icon. i tried the hard reset procedure but apparently it doesnt reset and nothing happens. also tried to un plug the battery also nothing. any one knows where can i buy another cue other than ebay as the prices there a bit excessive.

Trim tools are important as is the 7mm 1/4" drive socket and a skinny Phillips screwdriverand small needle nose pliers. After you remove it from the car, take your time and follow the video, especially when disconnecting and connecting the screen and front panel.

I can disconnect the battery and reconnect it and the AC will work again. After a day or so i have to repeat this process.

You can reset your cue screen by... 1. turning on car. 2. opening bay door. 3. turning car off (leave bay door open) 4. open car door and leave open for about 30 secs. 5. close door, turn on car, and lower bay door.
