The Maestro skill "Crystal Countdown" will raise the percentage of a random skill upto a cap based on how high the skill is leveled per crystal mob killed. Raising that percentage will lower the max experience for x skill by 2% upto that cap. Only will ever come into play for active farming on your Maestro but it's great for skilling.
