CycleBar is definitely the best for what’s available in my proximity, and I get some great cardio workouts (I go 6 times a week) to supplement my other workouts. On another note too, it’s clear to me that the culture is more geared towards women, and that’s “fine” but I think it impacts some of my views on why I find it a bit cheesy at times.
