Besides Home Portal, I dont know other ways to fast travel between the 2 maps. You can fast travel just bewteen towers in main map. between towers in DLC, later between campfires in DLC, and later again between campfires in main map. Yes you cant fast travel between the Underworld and the main game, but this is hardly limited to Dymantle in design. Lots of games have seperate maps that dont let you fast travel between them if they are not connected in one instance.
