I have experienced internet outages in a couple different businesses downtown and in some university buildings, notably the main library. My roommates and I have theorized that there are city wide outages.So ImOn when I tested it a few times was around 70mbs download and like 40mbs upload and it was constant. Mediacom was very spotty.. sometimes it was 30mbs download or 112mbs download but mostly around 50mbs for the gigabit.. but the upload speed was pretty much fixed to about 15mbs if that.
