Something is causing a friend's PC to lag, and it's unplayable (13600k + RTX 4060 + 16gb RAM). I told him to put up MSI's Afterburner stats on stream for a test. FPS looks low to me. Clearly the CPU is being overworked by something, stats say 90% <. A 13600k should be able to handle these tasks with no problem.
