Now - 1:30 to 2:30. This past Tuesday 4pm and yesterday - no delivery no pick-up!! We have a minimum of 25 pieces per day. Horrible customer service! I have many friends that work for USPS and I used to send all packages through them. Now I mostly use UPS or FedEx. You call and they answer!! Never a lost package and it arrives on time, every time!
Complaint - For the last few years, our mail has been delivered (most of the time) by 4:30pm each day - some days it was delivered by 2:30pm. For the last few weeks, we're lucky to get it before 6:00pm. Today, 12/4/2020, it's now 6:04pm and it still hasn't been delivered. The outside doors and mail drop box is locked after hours. The USPS general website says the doors are open 24/7. Consequently, we have not been able to collect our mail since Apr 30 until today, May 5. This a major problem and the reason this is done is unknown since it puts no personnel burden on employees.
