Your friend would have to go to "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid\Saves\Multiplayer" on their computer. There should be a folder named "YOUR OLD IP_16261_RANDOM NUMBERS". Somewhere above it should be a folder with your new IP as well. Your friend just has to move all the files the folder with the old IP to the new one and it should work.
