I did a Verizon carrier update today, just before updating to 9.3.2. I did have a problem with not having any sound coming through on calls (incoming...I couldn't tell about outgoing). I did a reboot of the phone and everything seems to be working fine. I have no clue whether it was the carrier settings or the 9.3.2 update that did this.
