I personally only did uworld and nothing else and didn’t even finish more than 40% of the IM shelf questions. Definitely do UWorld IM shelf questions.My IM COMAT had no OMM with regards to the questions it was asking. However, it did give me some BS OMM findings just to artificially lengthen the question stems in an attempt to crunch me for time lol.

If your trying to get a top score I’d say you probably need to supplement in an additional qbank or use more resources. But for strictly having a strong base OME+ comquest you can pass the exams 100%.
