It was a bit much at first, but it's a good platform to grow into. I was quickly stifled by the limited functionality included with ToS. Sierra Chart has me constantly looking for ways to expand and make better use of its capabilities (which there are many). My broker is Tradovate. I love them, too. Free platform. Comparable if not cheaper commissions than AMP. For scalpers i would say tradovate is the way to go if you get the commission free trading package. Other than that the platform is pretty laggy compared to quantower , ninja trader etc, but it is a good starter platform. I’ll look into this.

I might switch to TradeStation if the fills are decent. Ninjatrader is also down right now - they had acquired Tradovate, and seem to be using their systems on it. So you can switch, you'll get the same problems. edit: you can look up their service status page, it'll basically match Tradovate's.
