Personally thought the 300 page docs were nice but I already felt like I had a good foundation from Kaplan.Also, as an engineer, I have a pretty strong background in physics and math so my notes for that section are pretty bare. Otherwise, I feel that these notes are fairly detailed for the other sections and I used them as my main study resource. Additionally, I supplemented these notes with Khan Academy, UWORLD, and the 86 page P/S doc.Trying to figure out how to do this effectively and efficiently - 26 days out from my exam... 5/14 tester. I started using the 300 page doc but was getting annoyed that there were no clear cut-offs for the sections that match the AAMC P/S sections that the jacksparrow deck (and other decks) follow. I posted trying to find an outline and, while no one had one to share ...300 pages will have 3x the content as the 100 page document. I disagree. The 100pg (86pg) document is way more condense and tries to fit in as much info on the page as possible. The 300pg document is far less dense, and everything down to the margins of the document show that it isn't exactly 3 times as much material.

Had a question after reading the 300 page doc regarding UMNs and Kaplan Bio review on the nervous system if anybody knows, but why are UMNs not considered as interneurons if they seem to be fully within the CNS (brain and spinal cord)?

I find that actually watching the khan academy videos and using the 300 page as a guide helps me more than just reading the doc. I've been using MileDown to study but the behavioral cards don't show up in the correct order so it's hard to match the cards with what I watched on KA (unless there is a way to do that but I'm not too savvy with the settings on anki) Any advice would be appreciated.
