The torque converter and clutches should be inspected by someone that knows what to look for. Worn clutches and sheaves will trash a new belt in jig time. I do not remember if the 02 has the automatic clutch engagement actuator for compression braking, but if it does be sure it is checked. They are a bit fragile, and expensive to replace.
