My water broke at 39+2 and I had a c-section at 39+3. My mucus plug came out on a Saturday and my water broke early Wednesday morning, so 4 days. About ten days before. It really tends to end up not being related to when you go into labor for most women. I had signs of labor early on and ended up being 5 days overdue.
