It would be possible but Anki is not meant to just be glanced over once.. The purpose of Anki is to learn and memorize a smaller amount of cards each day and review it in spaced intervals (something like 1 day after, then 3 days after, then 1 week, then 2 weeks, etc. etc.) What good will it do you to look at a card once?

Depends on the person. If you have a good background and remember the info then yeah Miledown anki+review sheets should be enough. If you need more then I would say the Kaplan books alongside that is good. Make sure to do Uwhirld properly, meaning don't just answer the questions and move on.
