bACK in Nantucket (again!) Yes, yes, yes, we need to move to Nantucket because at this point, we’re trying to be there as much as humanly possible. I know. I’ll keep you posted when/if we do, but for now, last week, just the hubs and I went for a few days and spoiler alert, had the best time.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (I use Pam) a 10 inch bundt pan. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, strawberries and eggs with electric mixer. Pour into prepared pan and bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cake rest on counter in pan 10 minutes.
I order their Cobb Salad with Grilled Nuggets plus I order an additional 8-count of grilled nuggets and add it on top (so double the chicken ends up on my salad). In lieu of dressing, I use two of their Zesty Buffalo Sauces. I add those on, put the lid back on, give it a good shake and voila, the most delicious salad with oodles of extra protein.It wasn’t the day we were expecting, but it was lovely and cozy nonetheless.
