I know it's harder to get to on the 570, but with my machine it's less than 5 minutes to get it up and running if it's the plug.IF you have no spark take a look at the plugs to see if they are wet with fuel. I tested the coil pack using an ohm meter going from ground on the coil to the plug wire and have 0 resistance on both terminals. Testing both plug wire terminals at the same time I get 0 Resistance.Here is the information and what I have tried: - NO SPARK -. - Gauges and all other electrical items (lights, etc.) work. - The crank position sensor has been checked at swapped. Both test at 1017 ohms. (proper number is 1000 ohms +/- 10%) - The coil measures at 2.2 ohms on each part of the primary side (1-2 and 2-3). Did something happen to possibly cause this issue, referring to you riding conditions and use of the Ranger. Give us a little more information.

I externally charge the battery to between 12.6 & 13.0. I just ordered a new solenoid as it didn't ohm out 2.5 + or - 20%. Once that is installed (and works!!!!) I'll look at the no spark issue.
