This is correct. There is only one master race. The gnome racial ability to see through walls trumps any sort of innate regen other races have, or immunity to frontal stun. Note: I was not able to get any of these Velious Class set pieces to drop after 2 hours of farming in the LDoN+ Version of the zone using a high level character that could kill quickly.
