The TC barrels on the AW# ptr rifles,like yours are very accurate,If the flutes could be cut to the right depth. Then you would eat any ammo and be more accurate then a stock HK91 barrel.PERIOD! the TC barrels are alot more accurate.Its just sad that PTR screwed up the AW#series batch of barrel flutes. When having a barrel parkerized, how does the process affect the rifling? Specifcally, I'm considering refinishing my HK91. Having experince with airgun/brush painting, I'll end-up Duracoating it myself but will have to take it somewhere for parkerizing (as from what I've been reading appears to be the proper base treatment).
