Hi - I have an LG WebOS tv and am using the xfinity app. Just today, I opened the app and closed captions are enabled and I don’t seem to be able to turn them off. I checked the accessibility settings in WebOS and captions are disabled there. It seems to be something within the xfinity app.We purchased a movie (Bombshell) a few months ago. I went to watch it on the stream app and all of the sudden video description started playing. I tried to turning it off and the menu for the movie says that video description is not avialable.
