I don't really understand how they are able to do this which is why I am thinking this website will be fake/ or a scam. Then I thought why would a site like Skyscanner use fake companies as they are very reputable.
BTW the premier fee BudgetAir charged R/G tickets changing and cancelation fee waived is totally misleading. It is not true for tickets situation, it is only for web vender.
