Today I was on a conference call for work when suddenly my call connection became unstable and eventually dropped entirely. I noticed that a small red light with the words, "ALARM" began to glow on my Metronet box. I went to check the internet speed and noted that it had tanked to a measly 3.18 mbps download and 0.08 mbps upload speeds.
