XP. 293. Country. Sep 8, 2021. #1. I am having an insane amount of trouble finding updates for my installed games, and figured I'd use Tinfoil shops to make updating/getting DLC a bit easier. But for some reason every shop I try will start the download, then just "freeze" a bit into it. The app doesn't freeze, but the download itself does.

Hey , I'm trying to use shops with tinfoil but whenever I put a protocol and host in the files menu , tinfoil just freezes and I cant seem to do anything about it I'm using latest AMS with fw 14.1.2 and tinfoil 14.0 i've tried reinstalling and updating pretty much everything and everything on my install is fresh.

Tinfoil is more of a utility to connect to other resources. There were a few "shops" that held games and updates that were easily accessible through tinfoil. Most shops are down now so you need to source your own update files but tinfoil can help install them. Tinfoil needs 'shops' for now you cant access any.Fala pessoal!
