Crap. Yea I got scrappers paradise. I had no problem with that mod version 1.5.2. I did update it recently. I'm already into a game, I really do NOT want to start all over again, just to find out if it's the issue or not.

Get rid of the TVs. They bug out the happiness. Did that, still stuck in a loop between 98-99. Also get rid of the Radios and Jukeboxes. Build a couple level 3 Clinics and assign a settler to each of them. You only need 21 food. Makes sure each settler is assigned to a job and a bed.
