barrel is a lee 183gr cast at 1280fps, all my barrels are 6'' or longer. The other best load is a 200gr WFN at 1280 to 1300fps also from the 40 barrel, yes the boolits are seated long. You would do better using 357 Sig if you want to shoot the 9mm bullets from your 10mm and they will work from the standard magazines just like the 10mm the 40's do.
