Just wanted to share what I did recently with my Hawk Helium’s. There’s a lot of guys running rope mod with Amsteel. I decided to make a UCR mod (Utility Constrictor Rope). So I had some 7/64” black Amsteel and a bunch of Endura Dyneema rope in same size but in blue. This little rig holds up nicely!1.25″ = Beast Stick, EWO, XOP, LWCG Steel. 1.5″ = Hawk, API, Muddy, Timber Ninja. 1.75″ = Lone Wolf, Novix, Trophy Line. Amsteel rope mods are a great way to attach your sticks to a tree. 1/4 being the most common. These are 8ft in length and black. I've got a set of the large helium sticks. I've done a couple mods on them, added silencer strips to the backs and Amsteel daisy chains to replace the cam straps but that's it so far. My issue is that I keep getting a loud squeaking noise that seems to be coming from the versa button when I've got my weight on them.
