There are 3 different actuator motors under the dash. One for the driver side temperature control, one for the passenger side and one for the floor v/s the upper vents control. The two that usually go bad are the driver's and passenger's side temperature control. IMHO, this looks to be a part of the door and not the actuator.

I was participating in another thread about the power sliding door with power drain and beeping but instead of continuing that thread, decided to start a new one as this one appear to be a new issue. I swapped with brand new rear latch and I was good for about 3 weeks. Now, the beeping on the same door is back.
