AI scavs will usually tell you if danger is near by their voiceline. Generally as a scav you want peace before shooting on sight. If you see someone spotting you and immediately getting to cover or aim their weapon it's a player or playerscav. Try to use VOIP to talk to them. Ask them if they're scav or PMC. Some scavs will kill you.The easiest way is by there clothes but that comes with time, the only other surefire way to tell is if they are wearing an armband it's always a pmc.
