All in all, I was very much pleasantly surprised by the quality of this under-the-radar whisky. I wouldn’t put it on par with a bottle of The Macallan 12, but for $27 a bottle, it could easily become my favorite daily dram. Please note that this is NOT the same as the Kirkland Lowland included in the 4-bottle Kirkland Scotch sampler.
